5.5 second Sama Vritthi Breathing
This is a 6 minute practice video
You can practice with or without ujjayi breath, sitting or laying down (just make sure you set Yourself up to not fall asleep!) and at any point in the day
Im here as your metronome & time keeper :-)
Note any difficulties, feelings or sensations that arise.
If at any point you need to dip out and let this timed breathing go, you can. just rejoin when you’re ready.
Prioritize relaxation over exertion, & play around with integrating the skills we learned in class.
